The documents which are published in this section cover the whole of the 2BS voluntary scheme and are applicable to all 2BS actors: economic operators, auditors and related certification bodies, members of the 2BS Association and other interested parties.
Access to the documents is managed via user access rights, with limited access or full public access depending on the document’s use. You must use your specific log-in to access certain private documents.
Access rights are decided according to the category to which each user belongs:

Applicable for Certification Bodies
To make the audit reports more comprehensive and regarding the necessary information to be included in records such as certificates, lead auditors must provide and record a certain amount of information in the audit report, in the check list pf the audit, and in the audit plan.
This additional information will lead to better legibility in the files regarding their examination or their comprehension and will allow the harmonisation of the supplied data between the different certification bodies.

Extension of requirements for the production of biofuels, biogas and bioliquids from wastes and residues

The auditing principles applicable to biofuels made from wastes and residues are the same as those used for biofuels produced from other biomass. However, this specific procedure supplements the general system principles and describes them in more detail, in order to trace the feedstock back to its origin, covering the whole chain of custody.

Audit requirements for reaching SAI/FSA Silver Europe

FSA 3.0 is a sustainability certification applicable to the feed & food sectors.
2BSvs and 2BSXtra are recognized as equivalent to the SAI/FSA Silver level on a French scale, according to a benchmark performed.
At a European scale, 2BS has developed an Add-on to enable players from other European countries to access this market.
Please, find here the criteria that must be fulfilled to achieve the SAI/FSA 3.0 Silver level for Europe.
This document outlines the criteria required to reach the 2BS Add-on SAI Silver Europe and thus, become equivalent to the FSA 3.0 Silver on a European scale. This Add-on is applicable for biomass producers only.
