Sustainability under RED II is based on two pillars: sustainability criteria for raw materials and GHG (greenhouse gas) savings.
For the GHG part, the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) proposes a calculation method for assessing the emissions of these gases. This method, its factors and our EEC calculator are used to help you quantify greenhouse gas emissions.
